Almost the best moment of each morning: Ground coffee beans with ground cacao, whipped almond creamer topped with a dash of cinnamon

What’s your go-to post-yoga meal or snack?
Vanilla protein shake or oatmeal with peanut butter, walnuts, maple syrup and blueberries
What’s your current song or playlist obsession?
I get pumped up for my day by blasting a song called My Life.
When you are not teaching yoga, what are you doing?
I spend my free time hanging out with my husband and our 6 dogs, 3 cats and 2 horses
What’s one thing your students might be surprised to learn about you?
I can’t cook

What originally brought you to yoga?
I went to a really cool university in Northern California and they offered a yoga class for credits.
How long have you been teaching yoga and what are your certifications?
I’ve been teaching for 2.5 years :500 hour yoga cert, group fitness ACE cert, Barre cert and I am in the process of completing my level 1 Pilates certification
What’s your favorite pose right now and your “love-to-hate” pose?
High and or low Skandasana, and my “love to hate” pose is Boat

Unstoppable
