INSPIRED BY: The microcosmic relationship of human beings to all of Nature. Regardless if one looks at a community, an individual, an organ, or a cell; each smaller entity mirrors and contains the entirety of the whole.

FAVORITE POSE: Utthita Trikonasana (Extended Triangle Pose)— I am continually astounded by the opening and unwinding that happens for me in this pose through alignment, practice, and presence.
