TEACHING STYLE: I feel my teaching style is still evolving and developing!  I am a physical therapist, so educating my students on the how and why of the different asanas and poses is always a goal.  In my class we will look at ways to adapt and modify poses to make them more accessible and safe for all levels of students.  We will find a balance between strength, stability, and flexibility while flowing with the BREATH, and always having lots of fun!
