TEACHING STYLE: My teaching style is fiery, strong, and flowing. I love cultivating deep inner core strength, especially for handstands and inversions, while guiding students to engage their muscular structure through intentional alignment. Rather than sinking passively into stretches, I invite students to activate their bodies—building strength, stability, and awareness within each pose.

INSPIRED BY: I’m endlessly inspired by the present moment. I move through life with a deep sense of curiosity, always asking what this moment has to offer and how it aligns with the path I’m on. By staying tuned into the NOW, I’ve discovered a kind of magic—I can actually slow down time, create more presence, and uncover beauty in the smallest synchronicities

FAVORITE POSE: Standing splits is my favorite pose. It strikes a beautiful balance between rooting down and lifting up—grounding into the standing leg while elevating through the hips and floating leg. It invites both focus and freedom, and I love how it playfully bridges into full handstand. It’s one of those poses that feels like flight.

A RECURRING THOUGHT: A thought that returns to me often is: “How can I use this moment wisely?” I like to fill my days with inspiration and purposeful action—things that light me up. That way, when I lay down at night, I feel fulfilled and at peace, knowing I honored my time and energy well

.

FAVORITE QUOTE: There’s a poem by Rumi that speaks to my soul: “The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you. Don’t go back to sleep.Ask for what you really want. Don’t go back to sleep. People are going back and forth across the doorsill where the two worlds touch. The door is round and open. Don’t go back to sleep.”  This reminds me to stay awake to life’s quiet invitations, to stay curious, and to keep reaching.

A NON-NEGOTIABLE: My non-negotiable is that it has to be a full-body hell yes. If I don’t feel that deep, intuitive green light—then it’s a no. I trust my gut as my first guide and let it lead me with clarity and confidence.

.

MOUNTAINS OR BEACH: That’s a nearly impossible choice—because both live in me. My home is in the mountains and I thrive in their grounding energy, the stillness, and the dramatic seasonal shifts. They give me steadiness and soul. But when I’m at the beach, walking the shoreline and swimming in the warm ocean daily, I feel like I could live forever—vital, clear, and strong. The mountains root me; the ocean renews me. I need both.
