TEACHING STYLE:
I enjoy creating a grounded and welcoming space where people can soften, listen inward, and reconnect with their own wisdom. My approach is intuitive, embodied, and deeply rooted in the belief that the body is an intelligent instrument always communicating, guiding, and inviting us into greater presence. My yoga classes are often woven around a theme, intention, philosophical teaching, or reflection that unfolds throughout the practice, allowing students to drop further in and the experience to become meaningful beyond the asana.
INSPIRED BY:
The intelligence of the body, the wisdom of nature, and connection of all beings. I love the reminder that transformation doesn’t always require more effort. Sometimes it happens when we soften, become present, and create space for what is already within us.
FAVORITE POSE:
Supported Fish. I love heart openers and being able to splay my whole body out in full surrender while being supported by a prop. A wonderful asana to start or end any practice with.
A RECURRING THOUGHT:
“What if I don’t have to try harder? What if I can receive just as much, if not more, just by being me?” I come back often to the idea that we can accomplish so much by becoming present, asking for guidance, listening closely, and allowing ourselves to soften into stillness to receive the inspiration. There are always signs and messages around us, especially through nature, that guide us back into our own true message of our heart.
