You’re stronger than you think!
Arm balances can be some of the most empowering asanas in yoga. They build strength, flexibility, and confidence and take your practice to the next level. This workshop we will begin with an energetic flow to prepare the body, then we will play with a few arm balances – including handstand, and will end with a cool down to seal the practice.
Learn how to master your arm balances and incorporate them into your practice from 1-3pm on January 24th. We are capping the class to 10 people.
When you are given the tools to prepare you properly, you’ll be shocked at what you can do. Don’t over think it, just make a decision and commit! See you soon.
