Led in a room heated to 80 degrees with infrared heat. Suitable for all levels.

Barre was created to provide a safe workout for people with all body types and all levels of experience. The methodology behind Barre is rooted in physiotherapy. All movements are anchored in optimal postural alignment theory. The movements are a blend of core activation, glute strengtheners, arm, leg, and back toners. Classes incorporate light handheld weights, resistance balls, and resistance bands to bring an extra burn to all the reps! The focus of this class is on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. The goal is to burn, shake, and have fun! You are guaranteed to leave class having had a full body workout!
